Here’s a collection of Tented Resort Hotels & Camps.
An Alternative Development Type
Tented camps are an alternative resort development model that :
- places less importance on physical structures
- is sympathetic with the native ecology
- is an environmentally sustainable development type
- probably has a lower carbon footprint.
It’s not a model for a high density development but definitely an approach to consider for remote and environmentally sensitive locations.
The advantage to resort developers : less upfront capital cost and ‘real estate’ that can be re-located.
