Lagoi Bay Bintan
There’s a great sense of achievement seeing the 1,500 hectare resort town master plan that I was responsible for conceptualizing many years ago become reality!
Apparently, all 10 hectare beach front resort parcels, commercial shops lots along the main pedestrian mall and beach front have been sold to investors & resort developers – off the plan! That’s testimony enough for the foresight of having a beach town at Lagoi Bay Bintan initiated by pioneering resort development planners.

Alila Bintan
The Alila Bintan sits within the 1,500 hectare Lagoi Bay master plan as well. This site had been zoned for low density and environment friendlier projects in order to preserve an existing coastal forest. Preliminary work has started at the site. The resort hotel is scheduled to open early 2014. You can find out more about Alila Bintan here.

The Sanchaya Estate, Bintan
The Sanchaya Bintan is located adjacent to the Lagoi Bay commercial core. It plans to be open in 2013. Read more about The Sanchaya here.
