The groundbreaking ceremony of the international golf course and resort – FLC Samson Golf Links was held in May 4 in Sam Son city, Thanh Hoa province. Currently, this is the longest coastline golf course in Vietnam.
FLC Samson Golf Links covers an area of 92,4 hectares of land locating in Quang Cu commune, Sam Son city, Thanh Hoa province. It is designed to be a 18-hole link-style golf course blended with the landscapes surrounded by trees, lawns, pools, clubs, hotels, luxurious villas. The project has a total investment of VND1.2 trillion.
The project is expected to be the highlight of the largest golf links – resort – hotel complex in the Central area of Vietnam, covering an area of over 450 hectares, with the total investment of nearly VND5,500 billion.
FLC Group also constructs the eco-tourism zone of Con Noi island, covering the area of 300 hectares with a total investment of VND2.2 trillion. Con Noi island eco-tourism zone is designed to be an entertainment and resort complex including, indoor and outdoor entertainment centers, restaurants chain, bars, four season pools, hotels, villas and attached dwellings.
The project is expected to be completed and come into operation after 10 months of construction.
