Prominent hoteliers, resort and golf course owners, and travel operators are joining forces to brand Vietnam’s central coast as Southeast Asia’s next hot new tourism destination.

The Central Coast Vietnam Destination Marketing Organisation (DMO) as the new initiative is named, aims to promote this scenically beautiful and culturally significant region of Vietnam as a competitor to established market leaders such as Bali, Phuket and Koh Samui.

Extending from the city of Hue just to the north of Danang and the town of Hoi An just to the south, Central Vietnam boasts a treasure trove of unheralded charms and attractions as yet quite unfamiliar to the international tourism market.
